These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern every purchase made on the Liv & Silk website, operated by Arthur Pouëssel, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel, EI), trading as Liv & Silk, SIRET 899 539 852 00025, whose registered address is 2 Rue Gaultier, 92400 Courbevoie, France ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order with us, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Products
We describe our products as accurately as possible, including their ingredients and intended use. Product photos are for illustration purposes. During the launch phase, the product may be delivered in the manufacturer’s original packaging; its composition matches the composition stated on the product page.
2. Prices
All prices are displayed in the currency of your market (euros or Czech koruna) and are final. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French Tax Code (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is confirmed once payment has been validated and your order has shipped.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order, processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
As a consumer located in the European Union, you benefit from a 14-day legal right of withdrawal, as well as our own voluntary money-back guarantee, whose duration depends on the product (99 days on the Silk Lifting Serum with Peptides and Collagen, 30 days on the SkinBalance Moisturizer). 7. Product Use and Liability
Our products are cosmetic items intended for external use only, in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging and product pages. As with any cosmetic product, we recommend performing a patch test before first use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. We cannot be held liable for misuse of the product or an allergic reaction to an ingredient not disclosed as an allergy by the customer prior to purchase.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Liv & Silk or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@livsilk.com to seek an amicable resolution. In accordance with French law, you may also refer any unresolved consumer dispute to a consumer mediator free of charge.
